Job Summary:

In our business expansion phase, we are seeking a Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients, and supporting product development and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential B2B customers in international markets, primarily using company-provided data.
  • Client Consultation and Order Management: Provide comprehensive consultation and support to clients throughout the sales process, including order processing, international payments, and shipment arrangements. Collaborate with clients to ensure product quality satisfaction.
  • Product Development and Marketing: Assist in developing and promoting products across social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to supervisors for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Gender: Female
  • Language: Fluency in English is a plus.
  • Equipment: Personal laptop is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required, but experience in international sales, particularly hair extensions, is a plus.
  • Qualities: Hardworking, responsible, driven, and passionate about sales.
  • Availability: Part-time (afternoon shift) or full-time (students awaiting graduation) positions are available for females born between 1997 and 2004.

Work Schedule:

Flexible work schedule: Mornings: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoons: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (7.5 hours per day)
