Order process

Our order process is easy to follow and understandable. If you do not know how to order hair from VietStrand Hair, please read the detailed instructions below: 

  1. Visit our website or social media like Facebook, Instagram to go through a wide range of products. Look for those in the “PRODUCT” category. Here, you can choose different types of hair extensions like hair bulk, hair bundles, clip-ins, tape-ins, ponytails, wigs. 
  2. If the products are not updated on the website, or you want to buy a customized version, do not hesitate to contact Whatsapp: (+84)348558031. The sales staff will provide you the necessary consultant. Do not worry if there are any barriers in the communication, as the sales team are all proficient in more than 5 foreign languages, especially English. 
  3. After the consultation, please tell the staff what exact kind of hair extensions of wigs you want, remember to mention the hair types, hair color, hair length, quantities. 
  4. We will send you the invoice and order confirmation. Please check it to avoid misunderstanding. 
  5. You need to pay at least 50% in deposit to facilitate the processing and pay the rest when the hair is checked by you before shipping. After receiving your payment, we will produce the hair as soon as possible. 
  6. When the hair is completed, you will receive a facetime call from VietStrand Staff to verify that we will deliver exactly the quality and the quantity you need, no scam or false production. 
  7. We will ship the hair only when you are satisfied. If the hair is not perfect yet, we will let the factory fix it for you. 
  8. The orders are carefully packed and transferred to the logistics providers. 
  9. Waiting for about 7 days to receive your order.

Payment

Due to currency denominations and exchange rates varying in different countries, we will convert all amounts to US Dollars. Exchange rates may fluctuate over time, so all orders will be based on the rate at the time of the transaction. You can use these services to make payments: Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Transfer, RIA, Remitly, and Nigerian agents. For some countries that are our main export markets, take a look for specific standards: 

Nigeria 

  • Payment through Nigerian agents: You can understand that for convenience in paying in Naira currency, these agents act as intermediaries. You will pay them in Naira, and it is their responsibility to pay us back in VND (Vietnamese Dong).
  • Direct Payment: If you already have a MasterCard or VISA with US dollars, you can pay us directly in US dollars.

Ghana & Cameroon 

  • Direct payment through your mobile banking app: You can transfer funds directly to us through your bank account. However, the transfer time is typically 2-3 days, which may result in some delays in receiving the payment and potentially slowing down the delivery process.
  • Alternatively, you can use the banking agent service similar to Nigeria, where you visit the bank for assistance.

Other countries 

  • Bank transfer: Payments can be made through your mobile banking app or directly at the bank, with a transfer time of 2-4 days.  
  • Western Union (WU): Be sure to select the “cash pickup” payment method and “money in minutes” service.  Payments can be made via the WU app or at a WU office. 
  • Other methods: Options such as Remitly and RIA operate similarly to bank transfers.
