When purchasing hair from VietStrand Hair, you can select from a variety of convenient shipping methods. Shipping through internationally renowned shipping agencies like DHL, FedEx, UPS,.. for worldwide customers. The shipping fees depend on the package weight. 

Processing time

After the order is confirmed and deposits are made, VietStrand will immediately process your hair package. It only takes us from 5-7 days to get everything done, from checking the quality with hair experts, selecting the appropriate shipment. 

Shipping rate 

Shipping costs are determined by the chosen shipping method, package weight, and the distance from our company to your destination. We will announce the shipping charge before completing your order.

International Tax and Duty: Customers outside Vietnam are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees to your local customs authority. VietStrand Hair covers taxes and duties only for orders processed within Vietnam.

Shipping Address

Customers need to provide their address accurately to avoid any instances of orders being delivered to the wrong address. Customers are fully responsible if they provide an incorrect address. VietStrand Hair will not refund customers if orders are lost due to incorrect addresses provided.
